All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to the pattern detection engine, educational content, AI system design, UI design, and branding — are owned by IntegratedHER and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "IntegratedHER" is a trademark of IntegratedHER.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms, with reasonable notice where practicable. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App's profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may delete your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Delaware, except where prohibited by law. You retain the right to bring claims in small claims court. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act, which provides a private right of action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IntegratedHER regarding your use of the App.
